<<Villa Cecchi is situated in the charming and relaxing Tuscan hills at only 15 km. from Florence. In this country house of the beginning of the XXth. century we rent two double rooms and a bathroom. We have a private parking and it is possible to use the kitchen to prepare your own meals. The big garden with a panoramic terrace and a small swimming-pool is an excellent place to relax or to plan your next excursions. Florence is very near and does not need a presentation, but really all the most famous places in Tuscany can be easily visited on a day trip. The road connections are very good, and there is every hour a bus to Florence. The countryside around the house itself is wonderful and an ideal place for hiking and for observing wild animals and the typical Mediterranean vegetation. If you enjoy playing the piano you may also use the grand piano in the central hall. We ask 43 Euro per night per person (breakfast included); extra charge for using the kitchen: Euro 4. <<Villa Cecchi is gelegen in de mooie en rustige toscaanse heuvels, op slechts 15 km. van Florence. In deze villa uit het begin van de twintigste eeuw verhuren we twee tweepersoonskamers en een badkamer. We hebben een privéparkeerplaats en het is mogelijk gebruik te maken van de keuken om uw eigen maaltijden te bereiden. De grote tuin met een panoramisch terras en een klein zwembad is een prachtige plek om zich te ontspannen of om plannen te maken voor de volgende excursies. Florence is vlakbij en heeft geen presentatie nodig, maar ook de meeste andere beroemde plaatsen in Toscane zijn gemakkelijk te bezoeken in een uitstapje van een dag. De verbindingswegen zijn uitstekend, bovendien gaat er elk uur een bus naar Florence. En de prachtige omgeving van de villa zelf leent zich goed voor wandelingen en voor het observeren van de wilde dieren en de typische begroeiing van het Middellandse Zee gebied. Tot slot mogen muziekliefhebbers ook op de vleugel spelen in de grote hal. We vragen 43 Euro per nacht per persoon (ontbijt inbegrepen); toeslag voor het gebruik van de keuken: Euro 4. <<Villa Cecchi est située parmi les collines verdoyantes et paisibles de la Toscane, a 15 km. seulement de Florence. Dans cette villa du début du XXième siècle nous louons deux chambres pour deux personnes et une salle de bain. Nous avons un parking privé et il y a la possibilité d’utiliser la cuisine et de préparer ses propres repas. Le grand jardin avec terrasse panoramique et une petite piscine est le lieu idéal pour se détendre ou pour penser à ses prochaines excursions. Florence est tout prôche et ne nécessite pas de présentations, mais en vérité aussi les autres endroits les plus célèbres de la Toscane sont faciles à visiter pendant une excursion d’une journée. Le réseau routier est excellent, et chaque heure part un autobus pour Florence. Les alentours de la villa bien se prêtent à des promenades et à l’observation de la faune et de la flore typiques de la région Méditerranéenne. Si vous aimez jouer le piano vous pouvez vous exercer sur le piano à queue dans le grand hall. Nous demandons 43 Euro à personne pour une nuit (petit déjeuner inclus); supplément pour l’utilisation de la cuisine: Euro 4. <<Villa Cecchi è situata nelle accoglienti e tranquille colline toscane, a soli 15 km. da Firenze. In questo villino dei primi del Novecento affittiamo due camere doppie e un bagno. Abbiamo un parcheggio privato e c’è la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina per preparare i propri pasti. Il grande giardino con terrazza panoramica e piccola piscina è un luogo ideale per rilassarsi o per pensare alle prossime gite. Firenze è a due passi e non ha bisogno di presentazioni, ma in realtà tutti i luoghi più famosi della Toscana sono raggiungibili con un’escursione di una giornata. I collegamenti stradali sono ottimi, ed ogni ora parte un autobus per Firenze. I dintorni del villino stesso si prestano benissimo per passeggiate e per l’osservazione della fauna e della flora tipica della regione. Dilettanti e veri artisti possono infine pure suonare il pianoforte a coda nell’atrio. Chiediamo 43 Euro a notte a persona (inclusa prima colazione); supplemento uso cucina: Euro 4.
