UPDATED 8/22/09
Our goats are bred for conformation, show, milking, and pets
Our goal is to pass on quality goats, so you can too!!
We are located in beautiful Vernonia, Oregon 45 miles west of Portland. Our goats are owned and maintained by myself, Victoria, my dear husband , Tony who is a great help when getting hay, and heavy jobs!! Of course we would not be Victory Caprines without our little 'goat girl' Hannah!! We are all in love with the goaties and are big hearted with each one. We enjoy our goats very much, and as our little pets, we try to stay small. This is not an easy thing, not keeping all the babies is terribly hard!! We are striving to improve our little flock by bringing in new stock, mainly for milking purposes, but also for conformation. If you have a request, or questions, please feel free to email!

~ Goat sales ~
Please keep in mind when looking for a goat that you get what you pay for. Our goats are not the most expensive, nor are they the cheapest you will find. We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible, so even people on a tight budget can afford to have a couple of milkers. A lot goes into our little goats, not only daily management, but regular veterinary care, top quality feed, and general "fussing over".
Victory Caprines reserves the first choice of all babies born to our herd. We are always striving to improve our herd, so we will always reserve first choice. We prefer to stay small, so we only plan on retaining one or two babies a year at best. Please contact us for more information on our plans!!
The following are prices as of September 1, 2008. To place a hold on a specific goat, a non-refundable deposit of 50.00 will be required.
We are not shy to give a discount, please don't be shy to ask!!!
Wethers~ are generally castrated under anesthesia at the vet, at the time of castration, they will also be disbudded, and given a clean bill of health by our cherished goat Doctor. Wether prices are around 100.00.
Bucks~ We do not plan on selling any bucks this year unless there is an intrest well in advance. Only the very best of the breed will be sold as a buck as we desire to pass on awesome traits. Bucklings will start at 275.00
Doelings~ will also be disbudded under anesthesia at the vet and given a clean bill of health. Doeling prices vary depending on a variety of factors. Conformation being the most important one. (We really desire to pass on awesome traits, so you can too!! ) Doelings generally range between 275.00-400.00. Blue eyed and/or polled doelings will be on the higher end of the scale.
How do we feel about our small flock?? Contentment n: freedom from worry or restlessness: peaceful satisfaction. We love our Nigerian Dwarf goats!! Our numbers are few, but the contentment is great!!
