As quoted by his mom, Leslie, "I am a foster mom for Italian Greyhound Rescue. I got a call that Deuce was at the Volusia Humane Society in Daytona, so I went and got him about a month ago. Deuce is heartworm positive, that's probably why he was at the pound. My vet has already given him his first heartworm treatment, and he's going back in next Friday for the last one. After that, he will be retested in about 3 more months, and hopefully, he'll be 100%. Deuce is about 4, and not neutered. This is why he needs your wonderful belly bands! He won't be well enough to withstand anesthesia until his heartworms are gone, so he'll be sporting the stylish bands until then. Deuce Bigalow is his name because he is a LOVERBOY. After he gets his all-clear on the heartworms, he'll be available for adoption through IGCA. He will be a great addition to anyone's family once he's well. He's already perfect, what more could anybody want? "

Vickie, My belly bands arrived and are the greatest. King, who is 1½ years is in training, he has already been evicted from grandma’s house and until I found your website he was on punishment constantly. King doesn’t know what to think of the band yet. I am sure if King could talk, he would let you know how grateful he is for his band.
