Season 1
Izzy
Izzy is a real whiz with computers. He doesn't
say much, unless he's explaining something technical. His insect
digimon partner Tentomon is a real force to be reckoned with.
Joe
Joe is unsure of himself, soft-spoken, and
afraid of many things, including water. His aquatic Digimon pal Gomamon
helps him overcome his fears and brings out his best trait--reliability.
Kari
As a little girl, Kari has been plagued by
illnesses. She joined her older brother Tai later than the rest of the
digidestined. She and Gatomon are quiet and kind, and usually think of
the others first.
Matt
Matt seems to think that rules were made to be
broken. With Gabumon (or Garurumon) following behind him, Matt
walks to his own tune and is a loner. When it comes to his brother T.
K., however, Matt is caring and protective, and tries to set a good
example.
Mimi
Mimi likes pretty pink things, and at times is
selfish and introspective. However, she and her digimon Palmon are a
good asset, and they protect the digidestined from many foes.
Sora
Sora tries to impress the others by acting
mature and in control. When told she has the "Crest of Love", she would
rather have no crest at all! But whenever the other kids are in danger,
Sora and Birdramon tend to come to their aide.
Tai
The leader of the digidestined, Tai rarely if
ever thinks before he and Agumon rush to the aide of his counterparts.
When he uses empathy rather than reckless courage and thinks before he
acts, he and Agumon do the best job of protecting the others.
T. K.
T. K. looks up to his big brother Matt, and
tries to impress him by acting brave, even if he's afraid. His digimon
Patamon helps look out for T. K. while he is in the digital
world.
