Overview
Our brand new apartment is located on a beachfront complex, on the third floor overlooking the Black Sea and the new marina, with excellent views to Nessebar and Sunny Beach.
It can sleep up to 6 people (with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge).
Facilities
Second Bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe,bedside cabinets and dresser etc Tiled Marbled floors throughout Bathroom next to second bedroom - with shower, washbasin and toilet. Floor and walls all marble tiles. Living space leads to a wonderful balcony with table and chairs - with the amazing views directly over the marina, sea, pool, Nessebar and Sunny Beach.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside tables etc. Great balcony with chairs - pool and sea view. En-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom en-suite to master bedroom - with shower, washbasin and toilet. Floor and walls all marble tiles.
Kitchen:
Kitchen is well appointed having hob,oven, cutlery, pans, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron/ironing board and full kitchen utensils. Everything you need !
Lounge/Dining Room
Living space is open plan leading off kitchen area with dining table and 6 chairs, coffee table, Large L shaped sofa, Digital TV (over 140 channels).

Please note that the marina now extends virtually all the way to the front of the Vega Complex and there is a fantastic new beach, right in-front of the apartment.
There is also a private beach to the right of the marina.
As you can see this apartment is one of the closest to the sea in the whole of St Vlas!
