A number of friends will be staying in our apartment in the 2008, but they have all been amazed when I show them the apartment and pictures of the area and don't really believe that the Black Sea Coast is like the med, only alot cheaper!
I now realise, just like I did initially, that many people generally think of Bulgaria as some cold east european with ugly buildings and little of appeal..
However one trip there soon changes that perception - especially to the Black Sea Coast, including St Vlas and Nessebar.
As many Bulgarian estate agents say - it is like Spain 20 years ago, mainly under-developed and still waking up to mass tourism... Also its the only place I've been to recently where you come home feeling like you've had value for money from your holiday - due to the cheap cost of eating, travelling and enjoying the activities etc.
Updates soon..
Thanks

How addictive is it marketing your property on the web? Trying to market the apartment as effectively as possible on as many decent sites as possible but I always get side tracked!
Google base, freewebs blogs, facebook.....the marketing continues....
Everyone seems to go to St Vlas and Black Sea Coast in the peak season July - August. We always go in late June or September when the weather is still fantastic (mid 20's) and the place is quieter! However now that our eldest is starting school we may have to join them
Anyway more to come.,
