My name is Stathis Mexias, and i live in a suberb of Athens, Greece. I am into amateur astronomy since i saw a picture in a magazine from a Saturn occultation by the moon. Then i decided to buy a pair of binoculars, the Celestron Skymaster 15X70, and then my first telescope, a 102mm mak-cas, and now i have a Celestron 9.25 on an EQ6 mount and a Skywatcher ed80. Some of the photos are from my light polluted Athenian sky, and others are from local starparties in nearby mountains. I also observe and photograph from my village near Corinth which has a very nice night sky.
