LINKS

Here's a bunch of links to places we thought you might find useful if you're a D lover. Enjoy! ^_^
  1. DarkHorse.com
Dark Horse is the company that brings you D and Amano's art books, and owns DH Press and DMP Books--all VHD publishers. They also have some pretty sweet Amano D paintings for wallpapers.

  2. DMP Books.com
Digital Manga Publishing will be bringing you the VHD manga come this November. The site includes links to the oficial D site, and contains the official VHD forum. There's some fan art, too.

  3. GK World.com
GK World is an excellent Japanese import site. They're currently (as of May '09) doing a bit of restructuring, so right now they don't have any D stuff up. They should replenish their stocks soon--but if not, try contacting them--enought interest might bring VHD back.

  4. Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust
The official movie site, with screenshots, wallpapers, contests, a forum, and lots more!

  5. Amano's World
The English language site of Yoshitaka Amano, the amazing artist that brings D to life. Includes galleries of his art and an online store.

  6. Urban Vision Studios
The film studios that liscensed both VHD movies. Includes screenshots, trailers, and more!

  7. Things From Another World
This site is Dark Horse's official distributer, so it's got all of the D books, plus some extras! Guess what? There's even a signed version of Coffin availible!

  8. The Vampire Hunter D Archives
Exactly what it says. A treasure trove of D stuff. Be careful if you go into "Book Reviews" under "Text Archives"--the reviews by the translator have MAJOR SPOILER WARNINGS!!! And that would take away the fun of reading D for yourself!

  9. D's Hidden Lair
This page, if you haven't found it already, is a special bonus content archive for the VHD manga. You can acess it by clicking on D's pendant on the main page of D's website (The link is under "The Other" on the right. Find the password for a MANGA PREVIEW!!! on the blog, and for cool graphics, remember that only the *cough* Nobility *cough cough* can enter! Also, for manga no. 2 extras, check out the back flap of the book in the picture of D's necklace.

  10. VHD: Bloodlust on YouTube
If you can't find Bloodlust in your local DVD rental emporium, check out this awesome movie here. It's split into 11 parts, the link'll take you to the first one.

  11. VHD Manga Artist's Site
The official site of VHD manga artist Saiko Takaki. Sorry, it's only in Japanese, but if you click on the left side of the screen on the "D+" button, and then click on "Illustrations." You'll come up with a list to all kinds of GORGEOUS art from the manga. Just click on all of the links listed on the page. You'll find colored D stuff in the left column, manga excerpts on the right. Enjoy!

  12. Bark at the Moon
The English translation of a Japanese fansite. You've just gotta play around with the links for a while, but you can get some really cool content, including e-comics. And it's really fun to try and figure them out without the English dialog!

  13. The VHD Search
Here's another Japanese site--this one's a search for all things D! Have fun looking around!

There's lots more D on the Web! Tons o' links will be added, so check back often!!!
