Regarding the Navigation bar

I am proud to announce that the navigation bar has been 'semi-fixed'. As you can see, and test out, whenever you hover your mouse over the navigation links, they don't move around anymore! ( With the exception of when you hover your mouse over the 'Events link. )

You may also notice that whenever you scroll your mouse over a nav-link, that the words turn a green/lime color. Playing around with the script, I managed to edit the...
