Every treatment listed below is done on a professional massage table, complete with linens and pillows. Soft music and candles are added in the room to create an ultimate relaxation experience.

The Valhalla massage is comprised of several different disciplines including Shiatsu, Swedish, Polarity, Reflexology, Hawaiian, and Aromatherapy.  It is a light, medium, and deep tissue massage designed to detoxify, invigorate, and rejuvenate. One total body treatment, yet all corners of the world.

Lymphatic Drainage massage is a manual moving of the lymphatic fluid of the body, and draining of the lymph nodes. This massage is very cleansing and is designed to assist in healing and detoxification of the body. The lymph drainage massage is not considered relaxing but it is essential for those who have chronic illness and/or those who do not exercise on a regular basis. The lymph fluid drains when the body is in regular motion, but toxins gradually build up after long periods of inactivity. (a series of three treatments is suggested).

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all of the organs, glands, and parts of the body. Reflexology loosens muscles, breaks up crystals and restores circulation to congested areas. It is also know to help numerous conditions including stress, headaches, chronic pain, and bunions. In a non-invasive manner reflexology increases your body's own natural healing process. Incredibly relaxing, invigorating and thorough; it also includes a warm aromatherapy foot bath.
