Hospital I was confine, And gave me a Paperpact book, Intittled Nytingale Song,
The cover was an image of a Princess ,and at the back was my pencil sketch of a

drawing when actually it was a drawing of mine that my foster dad Eugenio only
has seen it. He was actually very happy that I happened to draw those

Law or Regulations: Act No. 342 of 16 May 2001 on the International Criminal Court
[Text]
WE MARGRETHE THE SECOND, Queen of Denmark by the Grace of God, proclaim:
The Folketing has passed and
We by Our consent have ratified the following law:
§ 1. The Statute of the International Criminal Court,
cf. the annex to this law, shall apply in this country.
1) The
Rules of procedure and amendments thereto, cf. article 51 of the Statute.
2) The recommended descriptions of the content of crimes
and amendments thereto, cf. article 9 of the Statute.
3) Amendments to the Statute provided they are adopted
in accordance with articles 121-123 of the
Statute.
§ 2. The Minister for Justice shall decide upon a
request from the International Criminal Court on the extradition of persons
against whom the Court has initiated criminal proceedings.
Para. 2. The
Minister for Justice shall decide moreover upon a request on extradition for
execution of the Courts judgement.
Para. 3.
Chapters 3 and 4 of the law on the extradition of offenders shall apply
mutatis mutandis.
Para. 4. The
court shall determine upon a request from a person who has been remanded in
custody with a view to being extradited to the International Criminal Court
whether the requirements for provisional release pursuant to article 59, paras. 3-5, have been met.
§ 3. The Minister for Justice may determine that
sentences etc. that are handed down by the International Criminal Court can be
executed in this country in accordance with the rules in Chapter 10 of the
Statute.
Para. 2.
Execution shall as far as possible be in accordance with Danish rules and may
not result in a worsening of the convicted persons situation under criminal
law.
Para. 3. The
decision by the Minister for Justice shall be submitted to a court for approval.
The courts decision shall be reached by verdict. The provisions of the Law on
the administration of justice on out-of-court decisions on fines or confiscation
shall however apply as appropriate.
Para. 4. No
alternative punishment may be imposed in this country for a fine imposed by the
International Criminal Court.
Para. 5.
Compensation to a victim decreed by the International Criminal Court pursuant to
article 75 of the Statute can be recovered by the Minister for Justice by
distrainment and by withholding of the income of the person concerned in
accordance with the rules for the recovery of personal taxes in the law on tax
deducted at source and the rules in the law on The Common Register of Pay
Retention. The rules on the recovery of fines shall also be applicable as
appropriate.
Para. 6. The
Minister for Justice may establish more precise rules for the execution in this
country of sentences etc. handed down by the International Criminal Court
including those based on an agreement with the Court.
§ 4. A person who has been found guilty or acquitted by
the International Criminal Court may not be tried in this country for the same
act.
§ 5. The provisions of Chapter 14 of the Criminal Code
on offences against public authorities or Chapter 17 on perjury and false
accusations shall also apply when the matter relates to the International
Criminal Court.
§ 6. The costs of appointed defence counsel in connection with hearings in this country
upon a request from the International Criminal Court shall be paid by the State,
unless the court decides under particular circumstances that they shall be paid
by the person being heard.
§ 7. The Minister for Justice may establish other
provisions for the implementation of the Statute of the International Criminal
Court, including those based on an agreement with the Court.
§ 8. The Minister for Foreign Affairs shall establish
the time at which the law shall come into force.
§ 9. The law shall not apply for the Faeroe Islands or
Greenland, but may be given effect in whole or in part by Royal Decree for those
parts of the country with such differences as the particular circumstances of
the Faeroes and Greenland dictate.

name, He said He is also a CIA that I should call Him Uncle, He is actually
going to Afganistan after this survey of Greatgrand Fernando land.

My foster dad Eugenio, Julio Youngest son was on critical condition, He gave me
lots of coins with my picture inside and a wrapper of Marlboro cigarette, I said
dad, Even your dying you are still joking, He also gave me the two Tax
