The club had a lightweight mens pair who after comfortably qualifying for the final after two heats, managed to pull a top result out of the bag. The first heat, in which the pair finished a comfortable second the finish time was 7.50. The semi-final saw the crew lose rudder control coming into the latter stages, however after careful rowing the crew just came second to Bath A crew in a time of 7.41.
