On the year 70’s, it was the year of MARTIAL LAW. There where so much violence involving Politics. Competing who where the best and powerful as will influential. In some Universities and Colleges there are problems that similar to the outside situation. The FRATWAR, some colleges base fraternities & Sororities competed each other in who where SUPERIORS but all of them end in chaos. The birth of Epsilon Delta Sigma on November 28, 1978 was a change in the lifestyle of frat man because the founder used these fraternities in Service to people not in violence. But unfortunately in the 80’s the group weakens it’s foundation due to inactiveness of some members, without any cause. Others graduate on their degrees and got married. On 1987 the group was revived but the name was change to Alpha Brothers (AB) but still didn’t last long because it was involved in some riots that cause the death of some members. Until late 90’s five (5) former members of EDS had their reunion at Urel, Banilad Mandaue City. It was a fiesta celebration on that day. They discuss about the fraternity and came up with the conclusion to make a new and strong, influential group that will bind them with the essence of BROTHERHOOD, JUSTICE, PEACE and EQUALITY. The PHI OMEGA CHI was establish on Dec. 19,1990 constituted on that same day, place, time, month, and year. At was called “PHIOXIAN or Knights of Phioxian.

Oath of Fealty,The greatest power in this world is Brotherhood. From flesh and blood we became one. From pain and sorrow we unite. The blood of phioxian will rise to its eternal happiness. Brothers to brother, blood to blood, as a knight we unite. Phioxian shall be Phioxian, swear to thee mighty the nobility that each member could give.
