USA Twirlers are a new group of baton twirlers which started up at the end of January 2008!
The "USA" by the way, stands for the districts of Manchester this is primarily for, of “Urmston, Sale and Altrincham”
It is not too late to join our troupe - there are still places available, and if you are aged between 7-17 and ready for a new and exciting hobby, then this will be a super troupe for you to join.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO training on the Spring Bank Holiday in May (26th).
Being a majorette can be an exhilarating and challenging activity, which involves not just twirling a baton, but also a bit of dance, showmanship and grace. But it's also about having FUN!
USA Twirlers is a rewarding and exciting hobby for young people from age 7 upwards. It is open to both boys and girls. It is a great way to keep fit, improve hand-eye co-ordination, have a sense of team spirit and enhance your creativity.
We are already getting bookings for carnivals/fetes for the 2008 season for both baton twirling and pom-pom routines. See our calendar for more details. So please get in touch if you would like to book us for your event!
Eventually we hope to enter competitions (probably in 2009).
