The Keys to understanding
endtime Bible prophecy
- The prophet Daniel was informed by an angel from Heaven that some of the prophecies he was given, would only be understood in the endtime.
- Three characteristics would make that period unique: The obvious increase in knowledge; the noticeable escalation of people traveling back and forth; and the purification of an elect group of people who would become spiritually wise. See the 12th chapter of the Bible's Book of Daniel.
- The time when this has happened more than any other in history, has been from the 20th Century onwards.
- In Bible terms we are at least 50 years into the endtime, or latter days, wherein most Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.
- God promised that he would do nothing important before first telling his prophets (Amos 3:7). The only prophet whom God predicted, in the Old Testament, to come during this period is the endtime Elijah. See Malachi 4:4-6.
- This final Elijah would be someone who came with the same kind of message as the original Elijah, whose function was to demonstrate who the true God is, in a world deceived by Satan. In order to fulfill his commission to go to all 12 Tribes of Israel--not just the Jewish Tribe--the endtime Elijah would first have to identify where the chief of the 10 'Lost' Tribes of Israel were in the 20th Century.
- No-one did this more comprehensively after the endtime began, nor for longer, than the founding Editor of The Plain Truth magazine (which eventually had a circulation of over 8,000,000--something TIME magazine has never achieved). He was also the original voice of The World Tomorrow radio and TV broadcasts.
- Herbert W Armstrong of Pasadena, California. USA, for over 50 years, from January 1934 until his death in January 1986, saturated America with the message that most white Americans are the descendants of one of the two chief Tribes of Israel. The other being the English. He also showed that just as God expected obedience to his Laws from ancient Israel, God expects it from Americans and the British. Otherwise, like ancient Israel, they will be evicted from their lands.
- One cannot fully understand Bible prophecy without obedience to God.
- No-one else but Mr Armstrong has all the credentials to be the endtime Elijah, who must remind all Israel of the Law of Moses (that is the 10 Commandments with their statutes and judgments, which God gave through Moses).
