Ok, the information I have on Uruviel and her actor. It's official: NOTHING!

So here, at the current point in time, I make a plea similar to one I read on the Strong and Silent page. If you are the actress who played this elf who received not nearly enough screentime in Lord of the Rings, or; if you know, at least, the name of the actress, but are not actually her. Let me know.
