At the first meeting of the 2007-2009 UPAAA Executive Board onSept. 3, 2007, the proposal to hold the 2009 convention in WashingtonDC was approved. We will have the convention in Washington PlazaHotel. Thelma Lim, the Director of Sales of Washington Plaza, has confirmed the special rate for UPAAA at $149 single or double per night for the 2009 convention.
I am looking forward to working with all of you in the next 2 years.
