Okay first off making a transparent blog,you need an image...I chose a new year’s one...

After you chose that, you are going to use the pic you chose. Right click on it and then select Copy.....
Open paint and paste(Ctrl+v) the image in there.

Afterwards,click the little icon at the top right corner of the toolbar.

Then you click it. Choose where in the image you want the text of the blog to be.

Then,right click and choose cut....open microsoft word and paste it.

Then once you have your image in, click Tools-->customize,and choose picture
Then after you get the picture toolbar on the screen,click the 2nd to left icon and you choose the choice washout...
The picture will be washed out...Then you right click the image and choose cutthen go back to paint and choose paste...
Put the picture in its beginning spot.
Then jut decorate it how you want it....This is how my blog turned out...
