Have your recording or demo professionaly mastered onto CD-R.. 

Mastering is an essential process to give your CD that professional edge!  Fine-tuning the overall sound with carefully chosen high quality equalisation and maximising levels with sophisticated compression & limiting techniques!  Also, If you're after that 'warm vintage' sound, we have a custom built analogue processor.

All mastered tracks will be recorded onto high grade CD-R media with optional on-body printing. High quality cassette copies can also be made. CD-R BURNING (Red book standard)

For best results, tracks (to be mastered) should be provided on:

  • Data CD as .wav, .aiff, or .bwf files. (16, 24 or 32 bit)
  • Audio CD
  • 1/4" tape (2 track) - speed: 71/2  or 15ips

Also tracks can be sent to us via internet (FTP) as WAV, AIFF, BWF files (using a site such as yousendit.com)

Please avoid sending any compressed formats such as mp3, aac, wmf etc. for quality reasons.

Tracks can be mastered through our custom built stereo analogue limiter for that 'classic warm' sound.

Digital

NEW! - Our new digital mastering limiter software produces amazing transparent sounding processing, with stunning results!

High quality digital mastering, processing using a custom built 'Audio PC' running a wide range of editing and mastering software including Adobe Audition, Wavelab and more....  We have a vast amount of 'plug-in' processors for all aspects of the process to get the very best out of your recording.  Also a high quality 'M-Audio - Delta' digital interface ensures a truly excellent signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range.

Monitoring: Custom made mastering monitors, and also Tannoy Super-Red monitors.
