• USC is more than an ordinary online song contest with "send song, vote, read results"
• USC is a community with people who love music and eurovision that meet dayly or weekly in soulseek or MSN
• USC has a dayly chatroom that has 10-15 members dayly discussing USC, ESC or other things
• USC has a live voting final in chatroom where the winner of each edition get to be known live where around 25 members attend
• USC has a videoshow with presentation of songs and host city and voting results for each contest
• USC has 4 editions every year, Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn
• USC has a system of a semifinal and a final as in ESC
• USC has time for each player to make national selection processes before each edition, around 15 participants do so
• USC allow several people to represent a country in a TEAM and to make voting as a TEAM
• USC has only 4 winners every year and that is very hard but glorious to accomplish
• USC has an extra contest in December to select "Song of the year" with all top 5 songs from that year.
• USC has an additional pararell set of contests called "USC History" where songs from 1956-2005 compete one year at a time
• USC can produce 11 winners if you add soty and history to editions
• USC has a rule system that covers all kinds of events and specialities
• USC has a fully developed statistics section
• USC is managed by 3 managers since in USC you get more than usual
• USC get you all those european songs that ESC do not bring to you  
• USC can give you new friendships around Europe

2.If the country you have is already taken, don't hesitate to contact the country's manager and ask if the two of you could create a TEAM to manage this country together.
