she went to the housing authority with a complaint about his rental property.
Anna Barry said in his defense, and almost immediately, “that he was just trying to sound tough”!
What a way to fit in with the guys, huh? Her comments are a matter of record.
Talk about standing behind your foremen no matter what. Absolutely staggering.

↓↓↓ It is well known
that historically the MBTA managerial staff has been comprised almost
exclusively of friends and relatives of past employees and politicians. This is
an insult to the taxpayer, since the MBTA’s operating budget of approximately
$1 Billion comes largely from federal and state taxes, with only 33 percent
from revenues. There are hundreds of people who are similarly hurt by and
outraged buy this actuality who would be delighted to come forward and tell
all. Just how many people can this machine simultaneously discredit to silence
them without their tactic becoming transparent? Not everyone, to be sure! I know Anna wanted
to be an attorney and failed the Mass Bar several times, but her behavior was
ludicrous. If she wants to practice law she should really legitimately get into
the field and not attack someone like myself who is with very minimal influence
and financial resources, just to bolster her career. She clearly unable to win
a real case, without the massive resources and extremely unfair political
advantages furnished to her by an organization with nearly a billion dollar a
year budget, to actually prevail in destroying a very small individual, just
because she hated me for what she mistakenly believed from what she was told were my political beliefs, to
cover here own inadequacies and blunders. She used an inordinate amount of
public money and resources just to satisfy here personal hatreds, though
erroneous. Even if the American public will not sympathize with
someone like me, with my very misunderstood condition of Gender Dysphoria, they will respond to the “normal”
people’s signed statements, which I have in my possession, corroborating my
claims of routine racism, corruption, child abuse*, homophobia and more at the
MBTA. The public, I’m sure, will be appalled that a manager, Anna Barry, who
claims she was installed partly because of her association with you, spearheaded a campaign to protect the
offenders engaged in this bigotry, and further to defame and discredit me. (*MA DSS blunders
and inadequacies are well publicized by now) Furthermore,
McCauley and other sup & mgrs expressed their absolute revulsion of gays,
which they mistook me for. The T, especially Barry, vigorously defended them.
The MBTA team, goaded by Barry, showed their
ignorance by using a gay man to discredit me. (Much to my shock and amassment,
I later found out that most gay men do not support a person who wants to have a
sex change, many even being outwardly against it). Also, contrary to the T
team’s ignorance and assumptions, having the Gender Dysphoria diagnosis
does not incapacitate a person; it actually makes the person more functional. Here are some very prominent and well respected,
normally functioning male to female transpersons: Jamie Lee Curtis, Carol
Burnett, Julia Childs, Anne Lawrence, md (my General practitioner). Please also
look at the following web page written by a Transseual and one of the pioneers
of the integrated circuit, if you are at all interested in hearing TS side
fairly: The reason I so
tenaciously clung to my claims isn’t that my intellectual ambitions and job
fulfillment and aspirations didn’t go far beyond that of a “CHR”. (Incidentally
a very interesting job, if a manager like Barry didn’t decide to advance her
career by destroying mine). The reason is my upbringing. I felt it my
responsibility to call them on their corruption, racism bigotry, ant to
eliminated some of the inherent inequities there. Before coming to the
T, I had close to 8 years in the rail transportation field, 5 with Conrail’s
operation of the commuter rail in and around NYC as a signal technician, 2 years with Kaiser Engineers as a test engineer
overseeing the installation of new subway systems around the world. Thanks to
the very divisive and intentional destruction spearheaded (instigated) by Anna,
I cannot return to this field. I’m sure she is smugly gloating about this as we
speak. The T leadership and
employees and Union officials may think gender dysphoric people insignificant
marginalized grotesque aberrations not entitled to the same rights everyone
else, but much of the American public is more understanding and open-minded. I
came to the Hollywood area to tell my story to the mass media in a fair,
non-sensationalist, and balanced way. Meeting you reminded me of a new
dimension I could (and will if necessary) include when telling my story. I will
not be able to exclude the routine intolerance I witnessed at the MBTA. The
written statements I secured corroborating this will serve to reinforce my
assertions. The majority of the American public may or may not really care
about the horrendously inequitable treatment of MTFs, but it is an
incontestable fact that most Americans now regard racism and sexism as
depraved, contemptible, repulsive, unacceptable and intolerable. (((You
presided over the T as governor for many years. You have some
responsibility. I have been making connections in Hollywood and abroad for over
2 years now, and have made very good ones. The party we met at is not the only
one I’ve been to attended by people well known in Hollywood circles; I have
