What is NSSLHA?

The National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association is a national organization of undergraduate and graduate students in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

What are the benefits of NSSHLA at UMD?

Opportunity to be involved with community service.
Can attend lectures dealing with job opportunities, resume making, graduate schoool applications, etc.
Also may attend lectures by visiting faculty in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
Can attend function with HESP faculty in order to increase student familarity with the department.
Get a chance to meet graduate students from other program and learn about their experiences.
