Why won’t you affiliate with me?
I’ll probably give the reason, so when you fix it up, you can try again. I’m not a picky webmistress like some are, so your site will probably make it if it fits all my rules.
What’s an Oekaki?
It’s like a message board, except you draw and post pictures, and people can comment on them.
Who made this layout?
BLURSH of Stareon’s Hideout did, but I made the banner that says “Umbreon’s Cavern”. There is a layout I made, though I’m not sure BLURSH would be able to put it up.
What’s an affiliate?
When you are an affiliate of a certain site, they advertise your site, and you advertise theirs, and only if you both agree on it.
What’s redistributing?
When you take something, like a free avatar, from another site and put it in your free stuff section.
What do you consider stealing?
When somebody takes something and claims it as their own, or using something without permission.
Can I use your sprites/characters?
Not unless I say so, and even if you ask I won’t always say yes.
