Third Class
Enjoy our own private promenade
wrapped around a spacious on-deck Social Hall!
On the Imperator, Third Class is in the stern, extending from C Deck down to J Deck. The Third Class cabins are on decks F, G, and H with a capacity of 962 passengers. With the use of wooden built-in berths and collapsible cots, cabins are fitted out for 2, 3, 4, or 6 passengers. The premium cabins in Third Class come with a water basin and a large mirror and a selection of towels.
Our Third Class Dining Room holds 475 passengers and is located on E Deck. The height of the dining room is impressive considering the Class ranking and equal in height to that of most First Class dining rooms on other Atlantic liners. It has nicely painted walls with decorative features, and thin Doric style columns running its length. The dining room long tables are adorned in fine linen tablecoths and assembled in uniformed rows with individuals chairs for diners. Food is served on fine China special to Third Class.
At the rear of the D Deck promenade our Third Class passengers will find their own Library and spacious Social Hall. The Social Hall has abundant seating for card playing, or otheor social events. And as the Social Hall is on D-Deck, an abundance of windows provide a bounty of natural light and can be opened in nice weather. There is even a large open-air ceiling in the middle of the room that draws in natural light from a small domed skylight on the Second Class promenade on C Deck. As in First and Second Class, there is a Steinway piano for use by all Third Class passengers.
