There have been four big signings this week, with a few clubs getting a move on their fellow clubs and spending big to try and gain an advantage.

St Pats

K Jean a German who is 19 and has just broken into the German national squad is a skill 17 striker, he will give them added fire power up front and will help Brazilian striker Adriano, who had a hard season trying to score goals.  Good be a steal at £10M

Shelbourne

N Sutter is only 18 years of age and is an unknown quantity, Leslie paid out £11m for this kid and he is already a skill 19 midfielder. The manager always likes to buy these kids and turns them into world class players.  Will he be able to break into the first team squad.

Afan Lido

S Pegg is a 21 year old Scot who was chased by several clubs but chose the valleys of Wales, Lido spent £6.6m on the red headed midfielder, who is going to be a good addition to the squad.

Glenavon

Newly promoted Glenavon needed to strengthen at the back and that is what they have done when buying Porch for £6.6m, this skill 19 rated defender will add a bit of steel to the Irish teams rear guard.
