How I Started: I was in one evening watching a Football(Soccer) match when during the commercial break the Nike Frisbee Freestyle advert came on! I was instantly amazed at the tricks these guys could do and I had to find out more! I visited nikefreestyle.com that night and from there visited many other Freestyle websites until I had a good understanding of the sport! After a few months of just throw and catch down at the park with Joe, we ordered the 'Secrets of Pro Disc Freestyle' DVD and some proffesional Freestyle discs. The DVD taught me all the basics and my game evolved from there!
