Michael Fay

 PRESIDENT 2007-2008, Men's Team Captain 2007-2008, Men's Team Member 2006-2008, Norfolk Fencing Club Publicity Officer 2006-2007.  Michael studied undergrad Law at UEA and is now undertaking a masters course in Employment Law as well as training to be a level one sabre coach. Currently he is ranked 167th in Men's Sabre, having competed at both the Norfolk and Essex Open. Additionally he is ranked 322nd in foil.

Matt Sorel - Cameron

  

Hero of the hour. Matt joined UEA fencing back in 2007 while he was studying the GDL, back in 2006 Matt had won the men's sabre at the Norfolk Open. He would go on to repeat that feat in 2008, watched and cheered on by fellow UEA members.

Graeme Weatherill

Greame has been a member of UEA fencing for as long as anyone can remember. He has fenced consistantly for the the men's team, competed in the Norfolk Open every year, been treasurer of the club, fought for a women's team and has been the UEA representative at Norfolk Fencing Club for many years. He is currently ranked 164th in Men's Sabre.

Laura Healy

Secretary, April 2007 - October 2008, Women's Team Captain 2007/2008. Laura joined UEA Fencing back in 2004, and after returning from studying Law for a year in America as part of her degree, not only was she elected as Secretary but became the Women's Team Captain. She led the women's team in what was it's most successful season and their first win since its inception. Laura was re-elected for 2008/2009 but due to time constraints was forced to resign. Laura's favourite weapon is Sabre, currently she is ranked 87th in the country.
