The University of Connecticut Dance Team is a club sports organization involved in various student and community activities. The UConn Dance Team can be seen performing at the UConn Football home games held at Rentschler Field, Men's and Women's home basketball games held at Gampel Pavilion and the Hartford Civic Center, regional competitions and UDA nationals in Orlando, Florida. The UConn Dance Team is also involved in student activites such as HuskyTHON and Homecoming, and other community fundraisers such as our Annual Dancers For Cancer Dance Showcase.
The Dance Team is made up of 14 dancers. We perform hip hop, jazz, and pom style dances. The dances are choreographed by the captians and guest choreographers from all over the northeast.
