Due to the increase in call volumes we are always looking for more help. We run about 200 calls a year. We can always use more fire fighters, junior fire fighters, QRS, and social members . Its a great way to give back to your community, gain some education, or just meet some new people. For more information on becoming a member, please contact us at the above address or phone number. You can also come to our fire company meetings which are every first Thursday of the month or you can come to training which is every tuesday night.
Here is an idea of what each member does:
Fire Fighter - Must be 18 years of age. Responds to calls, maintains up to date training, helps with fundraisers, & attends company meetings.
Jr. Fire Figher - Must be 14 years of age. Must have up to date working paper and abide by all child labor laws. Responds to calls, maintains up to date training, helps with fundraisers, & attends company meetings.
QRS - Must have first responder, or EMT.
Social Member - Helps with fundraisers, & attends company meetings.
