A great performance today saw us progress to the next round of the cup by overcoming corringham cosmos. 2 goals from john carpenter and one from birthday boy Alfie Wyatt and a great penalty save in the last couple of minutes from Andrew Williams capped an all round fantastic display from all the boys. This was a great landmark as it was the boys first victory after two narrow defeats.

A gritty performance from the boys saw us earn our first league win of the season. Two early goals from John carpenter saw us take command only to concede a goal a couple of minutes from half time. lakedside then equalised with five minutes to go only for John Carpenter to complete his hat trick with three minutes left to go.
