Part I: Chapter I: A Great Loss

6 Months After the destruction of Barramudgee:

New Barramudgee, a now civilised town after the destruction of Barramudgee, has so far retained peace since the Quin were destroyed, or were they?

It was the usual feeling of being flung through a warp between two worlds. Ty had done it again and again, over and over. But what did the Bunyip Elder want this time. A few seconds later Ty flew out of the warp and into the all too familiar dreamtime. "Welcome, we have been expecting you" Said The Bunyip Elder. "What is it this time?" Ty asked with a sense of humour. "Nothing funny this time" The Bunyip Elder answered. "Oh..." Ty replied, getting up from the floor. "The Quin have somehow returned" Explained the Bunyip Elder. "You know the thing with the predictions is coming of a little fruity. I mean, how do you know that these aliens are back?" Asked Ty as the Bunyip Elder gave him a mean look. "That's just me talking" Continued Ty. "Because our world has been suffering from Quin attacks, I don't know how they came back" Explained the Bunyip Elder with a grim look on his face. "OK, whatever you say" Answered Ty. "I wish you the best of luck" Said the Bunyip Elder as Ty went through the warp to the realworld. "Hey, what about..." Ty tried to talk, but it was already too late, he was already being pulled through by the warp. Ty thought he saw a black figure pass by, then another one. This had never happened before. One of black figures attacked him. He tried to bite at the shadowy figure. He succeeded, but he noticed that the figure was moving away, or was it him that was moving away? Suddenly there was pitch blackness, as if he had entered a void.

Ty opened his eyes, only to find himself at what appeared to be a Ronald McDonald Charity House. "What am I doing at a Ronald McDonald charity house?" Ty asked. "You were attacked by a Quinkan, and then you fell out of a warp. Luckily you didn't go too far or you could have died, not mentioning you fell unconscious" Said Sly, standing beside him. "Fries or burger?" Asked a nurse. "Get real! What is this? HumourLand? Anyway, what happened to the dreamtime? Are they alright?" Asked Ty. "The dreamtime was destroyed by the Quinkan about an hour ago" Answered Sly. "The Quin!" Ty nearly shouted as he tried to lift himself up. The pain in his leg stopped him from getting up. "Ow!" He muttered as he laid down on the bed. "Ok, visiting hours are over, he needs some rest" Said the nurse. Ty could only watch as his brother left the room. Ty turned the lamp off and closed his eyes.
