Ok this is how the system works around here. Owners have all the power. Owner is allowed to do anything they want except vialate the rules. Owners are people who are apart of the site and it's productions. A Moderator are incharge when there is no owners on. Moderators have not as much power as Owners, but can ban Members and unknown guest. Moderators are friends of the site. Moderators and Owners can post video's and pictures as long as they are appropriate. Members are allowed on, but have no power what so ever. THEY WILL NOT BAN guests or they will be banned them selfs. Members can only speak and that is it. ANY member who posts a video, website, or picture will be banned for 24 hours. Guests, well just shut up and listen, owners will decide if u are ok or not. Got this down, good then go ahead and chat.
