When you download the map make shure you go to the "save to" area (I forget the full name on it....) but the location where you want it to be. make that be the desktop or where ever you want it.

then save

then find the .zip folder

then right click halo ce and then properties and then find target.

find the maps folder

copy the .map to the maps folder.

done

now stop asking my in my servers. Ask and you will get this. Ask again and you will be banned.
