2. Click on a new document,
A new window will pop up
3. Pick a non-transparent sheet
4. Pick any size
5.Pick your colours here
6. Select the Text Tool, which looks like this
7. Choose your font and size, this is mine
8.Click anywhere on your sheet and type
9. Press apply
Make sure you are clicked on the Text Layer, like this
Now go to the toolbar on the top of the page and click Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel
A New window will pop up, choose your settings, and experiment a little

Click OK
