First of all you need to have the programm 'Paint Shop Pro' NOTE: You can download a 30 day trial by going to 'Other' >> 'Downloads'
First of all get 2 or more pictures. I am using these 2 to make a small blend for this tutorial

Now open up a new image by clicking on the button that looks like this Drag the images you want to blend together onto that sheet and layer then how you could like to see them blended. Click to enlarge Now press 'x' on your keyboard and it beings up the Erase Tool
Make sure your setting are around this Now click over the first layer and it will delete that part of the picture. My end result:
