Image with Lines

First of all you need an image, I'm using this one

Now make sure you are on the layer you want to be lined
If you want the whole thing lined just merge the layers together (Don't know how? Check out the 'Merge Layers' tutorials)
Now click Effects >> Artistic Effects >> Halftone
Change the settings to these

Now look at how my picture looks
