blend colour images

First of all you have to open a plain picture you want to use. Here's mine


Then you have to open a new layer. Note: If you can't find the layers part. Go to my tutorial on palettes.
To do this you have to click


Now choose a colour who would like to feature in the picture.
Here is mine:


Now find the tool that looks like this:


And fill in the new layer with this colour.

Then go back to where the Layer palette is and click where it says 'Normal' and change it to 'Darken'.

Add some features and there we go. You're done!
