![]() | Terrell Wilson Total Sports Fitness Foundation INC was founded in 2007 due to the tragic loss of my son Terrell who died suddenly of an undetected aortic dissection of the heart. My son Terrell was 14 years old and full of life. He was a freshman at Collins Hill High School in Suwanee, Georgia. He was an honor student throughout his educational journey. Terrell played on the 9th grade football team as an Offensive Lineman and was actively playing football since the 5th grade. Terrell had a real passion for the sport. He had planned to attend LSU to play football and become a doctor. That dream is no longer a reality. My purpose for starting this foundation is to keep my son’s memory and legacy alive. My mission is to ensure that each and every child receives the right type of physical needed to participate in any physical activity at their school from cheerleaders to performing with the marching band.We will be working with some of the top cardiologist in the country and no child will ever be denied. I want to ensure that another parent does not have to endure the pain and suffering that I am going through. Also with this foundation we intend to open a multimedia entertainment center just for teens. This center will be a safe place where our children can study or just come to have fun. We also plan to send one deserving child in my son’s memory to college each year.
