Font of choice – I am using “A&S Black Swan,” it is a pay to use font, so I can not supply it. Any script-type font will do J

First, open a new canvas 600 x 600. Then, flood fill white. Open your tube and duplicate it into a new window (just use Shift+D). Close the original and leave the duplicate up for reference.
Open your paper of choice and resize it to 600x600. I am using “Paper 1” from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas.
Now, with your paper layer active, apply your mask. I am using Vix_Mask144. Be sure that “Source luminance” is checked, “Fit to canvas” is checked, “Hide all mask” is checked, and “Invert transparency” is UNchecked.
Now, right-click on your mask layer and choose “Delete.” Then choose “Yes” to merge the mask into the layer below. Right click on the merged layer and choose “Merge,” then choose “Merge Group.” You can rename this layer as “Mask Layer1” if you want. Save your progress.
Copy and paste the same resized paper onto your canvas. This time apply Vix_Mask215a.
Right click on the merged layer and choose “Merge,” then choose “Merge Group.” You can rename this layer as “Mask Layer2” if you want.
Copy and paste your frame of choice. I am using “Wrapped Frame” from the kit. Save your progress.
Below the frame layer, copy and paste the paper one more time. Then, go back to your frame layer.
Using your Magic Wand, mode set to Add and tolerance and feather at 0, click inside the frame. Be sure to click inside the areas between the frame and bow.
Selections>Modify>Expand by 10 pixels. Selections>Invert.
Back on your paper layer, click delete. Selections>None. Save your progress.
Lower the opacity on the paper layer to 75%.
Copy and paste your tube. I arranged mine so it looks like she is sitting on the ribbon and leaning on the edge of the frame.
Add a drop shadow to the tube layer. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings -6, -6, 45, 8, color black. Save.
Now, before you add your copyright info and other text, resize the tag to its final size. First, crop off any excess around the edges. Then, choose Image>Resize. Under “Advanced settings,” be sure “Lock aspect ratio” and “Resize all layers” are both CHECKED. Save again.
Now add your copyright info, license number (if applicable), and tagger’s mark (if you use one). Save
Finally, add your name and your text of choice. I wrote “With all my love, Tanya” since my tube is writing a letter. I am using font “A&S Black Swan” at a size of 72, stroke null, using #b55a7b for my fill (background) color. I did this as 3 different text layers, converting each layer to a raster layer, free rotating each layer 15 degrees to the left, then merging the 3 layers together. I then moved them below my frame layer.
If you have Eye Candy 3.1 or Eye Candy 5>Impact you can add a gradient glow to your text. I used #e69ebb at a width of 5.
If you like, you can add a drop shadow to your text. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings 3, 3, 45, 3, color black. Save.
Save you are done!
