First, open a new canvas 500 x 500. Then, flood fill white. Open your tube and duplicate it into a new window (just use Shift+D). Close the original and leave the duplicate up for reference.
Open a paper of your choice – I am using “Paper 2” from the kit. Copy it and paste it onto your white canvas. Go ahead and save now.
Now, with your paper layer active, apply your mask. I am using Vix_Mask144. Be sure that “Source luminance” is checked, “Fit to canvas” is checked, “Hide all mask” is checked, and “Invert transparency” is UNchecked.
Now, right-click on your mask layer and choose “Delete.” Then choose “Yes” to merge the mask into the layer below. Right click on the merged layer and choose “Merge,” then choose “Merge Group.” You can rename this layer as “Mask Layer” if you want.
Using your pick tool (the little arrow), stretch out the mask layer so that it takes up the whole canvas. Save again.
Duplicate your mask layer. Merge the mask layer with the duplicate layer. Apply a Motion Blur to your mask layer.
Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur: Angle 270, Strength 100%. Repeat, using Angle:90, Strength 100%. Save.
Open your second paper. I am using “Paper 10” from the kit. In your materials palette, click on your foreground color box, set it to “Pattern,” choosing the paper as your pattern. I am using Angle: 45 and Scale: 100.
Now, add a new raster layer as your top layer. Go to Selections>Select All; Selections>Modify>Contract by 15 pixels; Selections>Invert.
Using your flood fill tool, flood fill your selected area (on the new raster layer) with the paper pattern. Leave the area selected.
Now, apply an inner bevel – Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel, using these settings:

Selections>None.
Below this new frame layer, copy and paste your tube. Resize if necessary. Save.
Add a drop shadow to the tube layer. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings -5, -5, 50, 5, color black. Save.
Back on your frame layer - Using your magic wand (mode: add, tolerance & feather 0), click inside the frame. Selections>Modify>Expand by 5. Selections>Invert. Now, click on your tube layer. Hit delete. Selections>None.
Add a drop shadow to your frame layer. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings 0, 0, 70, 10, color black. Save.
Copy and paste an element of choice. I am using “heart” from the kit (the pink one), resized 50%.
Apply Mura’s Filter Meister: Copies, using the preset “Tiling(angle)” Move this layer below your tube layer and lower the opacity to 30%. Save.
Now, go to Image>Canvas Size. Increase your canvas size to 600X600, placement set to center, background white.
Copy and paste bow of choice. I am using “blue bowtie” from the kit. Move the box to the top center of your frame. The bow should be the top layer. Save.
Copy and paste charm of choice. I am using “glitter filled heart charm” from the kit, resized 50%. I cropped off the bow and top circle/link. I also removed the color by choosing Adjust>
Move the charm so that it lines up with your bow, and is on the layer below your bow, but above your frame. Merge the bow and charm together and add a drop shadow. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings 3, 3, 50, 5, color black. Save.
Copy and paste my word art, and change the blend mode to “Luminance.”
Now, before you add your copyright info and other text, resize the tag to its final size. First, crop off any excess around the edges. Then, choose Image>Resize. Under “Advanced settings,” be sure “Lock aspect ratio” and “Resize all layers” are both CHECKED. Save again.
Now add your copyright info, license number (if applicable), and tagger’s mark (if you use one). Save
Finally, add your name. I am using font “English111 Vivace BT” at a size of 72, stroke width .3, using #6f9fe0 for my both stroke (foreground) color and fill (background) color. Objects>Align> Horz. Center in Canvas.
Convert to raster layer. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings 1, 1, 75, 3, color black. Save.
Save you are done!
