Scene 1: Bill
Bill was playing around with his rubber ducky that was alive. He wondered when it would talk again. But still, if you think this is silly take a look at what I’m going to say. The Rubber Ducky had saved Bill and Taroodie land last year. Bill was very thankful ever since and he never underestimated the Rubber Ducky’s power ever again. But right now, let’s get back to the main story, Bill was bored, he had no parents since they both passed away when he was 9 last year, and now he’s 10 and had nothing to do, so he called his friend.
Riing!! Riing! His friend picked up on the second ring.
“Hello? Who is this?” his friend asked.
“Hey! What’s up Morgan my friend?” Bill exclaimed.
“Oh, hi Bill, Nothing much!” Morgan answered.
“What are you planning to do tomorrow Morgan?” Bill questioned quickly.
“I don’t know yet, I’ll try to think of something” Morgan said.
“Oh, wanna come to my house tomorrow then?” bill asked.
“Ok, I know my parents will allow that, after all you’re my best friend! Oh yeah, on thing I forgot, what time should I come tomorrow?” Morgan shouted excite fully.
“Um.. I think you should come at 2:00 in the afternoon, is that okay?” Bill said.
“Yeah, I think that’s okay, bye!” Morgan replied, and he hanged up.
“Bye!” Bill Said.
Bill put the phone back in the charger dock; he was relieved to finally play with a friend that was not a toy for once in a lot of years. After that conversation bill thought of what he was going to do with Morgan tomorrow when he came “hmm, I’m gonna show him my Rubber Ducky, he won’t laugh, well not after I tell him what happened last year!” And that was about all he thought of. He was going to have a great time these past few days, or so he thought.
Scene 2: Morgan
Ok, you’ve probably heard enough about Bill, let’s talk about Morgan. Morgan was about Bill’s age, just a little bit younger, 1 day if you want to be accurate. He was skinny with thick eyebrows, brown hair and Brown eyes. Morgan was really happy to finally be able to play with Bill again, obviously because he was his best friend.
“Hmm, maybe we’re going to play a bit of basketball, maybe have a water fight then eat. It’s going to be a blast!!”
Ding Dong! Ding Dong! And it just kept going on until Bill opened the door.
“Hiya Bill!” Morgan said.
“Hi, what’s up?” Bill replied
“What do you want to do now, Bill?” Morgan asked
“Let’s play some Baseball!” Bill suggested
“OK!” Morgan said.
Whoosh!!! The Baseball roared as Morgan hit the ball and got a home run, He was just too good at this sport!!
“Oh Yeah, Oh Yeah, I’m Good, I’m Good, I Own!” Morgan Bragged.
“Beginner’s luck!” Bill shouted.
“Hey, no way!” Morgan screamed, and then he picked up a hose, turned on the tap and started spraying Bill with the water, and these 2 friends were running around for and hour or so.
Scene 3: The Rubber Ducky
“Come on, let’s go inside now Morgan” Bill said. Morgan followed him inside.
“There’s something I want to show you!” Bill shouted. Bill went into his secret drawer and took out a yellow, orange, white, and black coloured toy: The one and only Rubber ducky. Bill gazed at it in amazement as he held it in both hands like it was a god or something special.
“Look Morgan” Bill said
“Look at what?” Morgan asked
“This” Bill said in a “humble” voice as he set the Rubber Ducky down on the table.
“Well it must be a special thing!” Morgan said as he turned to look at what Bill had told him to look at. He stopped. He stared at it for a moment with his eyes crossed, his facial expression changed from happy to furious.
“No…” Morgan whispered. He ran up to it and screamed at it.
“What are you doing with this?! Throw this away!!!!” Morgan shouted.
“AAAHH!!” He said in a HUGE voice
“Wait Morgan, what are you—’’ Bill’s voice stopped as he fixed his eyes on Morgan, who suddenly started to run outside.
“NOO!! Bill screamed, what are you doing??”
“I’m doing something I should have done long ago!!!” Morgan screamed violently.
Then he threw the Rubber Ducky into the forest and ran away.
“See you later, Buddy!” Morgan shouted happily all of a sudden as if he had done a good deed.
Bill fell to the ground on his knees; he didn’t know what had happened. Morgan had never been over to his house before or even seen his Rubber Ducky, it didn’t make any sense at all to him. By now it’s obvious he started crying, like any person in any story does, and he did. After about 10 minutes he set out to find his Rubber Ducky.
Scene 4: Successful
Bill walked into the forest; he walked carefully, and made sure he had seen something, mostly something that was yellow. But something in his mind was still there, he was confused, no not confused baffled and perplexed, Morgan was unknown to the Rubber Ducky and he never had one, he didn’t know what to say, he cared for his Rubber Ducky right now then suddenly
“Bill…” something said in a tiny voice.
“HUH?” bill shouted as he jumped back a meter, maybe 2.
“I am here Bill…” it replied.
Bill suddenly got excited because he knew that that was the voice of his Rubber Ducky.
“Under the log in front of you...” the Rubber Ducky whispered
“Oh! OK!” Bill said as he saw something yellow and threw the log away and found his Rubber Ducky, he was very grateful it could talk.
“Bill…. Tonight…. Morgan…. Will... Regret…. It…” the Rubber Ducky whispered, and then the voice went away.
“What?? What do you mean by that? What do you mean regret?? Please tell me!!” Bill said in a worried voice.
He really didn’t know what the Rubber Ducky meant, but it must have been something bad about Morgan. He had to save him.
Scene 5: The Night
Bill ran and ran, it was raining real hard, but he didn’t care, he had to save Morgan before his Rubber Ducky did something unimaginable to Morgan.
Bill reached Morgan’s house and ringed the doorbell, someone opened it on the 2nd ring.
“Hello!” said Bill.
“Hello, who are you?” Morgan’s dad asked
“Um… I’m Morgan’s best friend Bill. Can I come in?”
“Oh! You again. Of course you can come in.” Morgan’s dad said.
“Thank you very much” Bill saluted.
Bill ran inside and hurried up the stairs into Morgan’s room. He walked into it and saw nothing. Just an empty room with the windows open. Bill looked out the window and saw a man in a white shiny suit running away, carrying someone. Morgan!
“Hey!! You! Get back here you kidnapper!” Bill said as loud as he could.
The man looked back, saw Bill and started running faster. The white jacket man disappeared from sight and Bill gasped. Morgan was now long gone, he would never see him again. Bill failed his mission, but something hit him.
“Why did the white jacket man come to kidnap Morgan? I thought my Rubber Ducky said he was going to do something? Well that’s weird….”
Bill was very confused. First Morgan throws the Rubber Ducky somewhere, and then a white jacket man kidnaps him. What did this mean? Did Morgan ever have something to do with the Rubber Ducky?
Scene 6 Gone
The next day, Bill went to Morgan’s house and told the parents everything that happened the night before, his parents couldn’t believe it but after a room check up and they saw the window opened, they were crying out their eyes. In the next few days, not much happened. There was a funeral for Morgan (Because they assumed he was gone forever) filled with sadness. Bill went to the local library and returned some books, in the toy “Rubber Ducky” section there was a book named “Greek Gods and Legends” he took that book out of its place and opened it up. It had only one page and the page had holes in them.

That was all it said sadly. Bill thought it said “ The Only way to stop an evil Rubber Ducky is to squeeze the duck.” What evil Rubber Ducky? Did that mean the Duck Bill owned was evil? Dun Dun Dun.
Scene 7: The Can
Over the next few weeks Bill was VERY bored. I can’t explain how bored he was because, well I don’t know I don’t feel like it. He turned on the TV and saw something on the news it was talking about some boy that was found after being kidnapped and held in prison for about 5 weeks. Bill didn’t really care but when they mentioned the name “Morgan” he jumped to his feet. He suddenly got a call.
“Hello?” Someone on the other end asked.
“Hello? Who are you?” Bill asked back.
“Oh. I’m the chief officer of the Local Police of Taroodie land. Do you know someone who is named Morgan Peters?”
“Oh, yes he’s my friend.”
“Are you sure? What address does he live on?”
“112 Grove Street” Bill replied quickly.
“Okay. Come down to the police station.” And the policeman hanged up.
Bill sat up and got his coat.
“Man in the white suit. You’re dead.”
Bill reached the Police Station and opened the door. He asked the greeter sitting a chair where the courtroom was, the guy pointed to a door and Bill went inside.
“Order, Order in my court!” The judge screamed. Everything suddenly quieted down.
“Now will the Kidnapper, I mean culprit please stand up”. The man in the white suit stood up, and in the seat 2 rows behind him, Morgan.
“Hello, My honor. I don’t want any trouble so I’m just going to say I’m guilty, ok?” He said
“Hmm… The Judge thought about it for a moment. Is there a catch here or something?
“No, No tricks just take me to jail. 5 months in the can isn’t that bad.”
“Meh, I’m adding 4 MORE months to you in the can since you’re acting like you know something that we don’t.”
“Aw, man.” The man said in his most pathetic voice.
“Time to go Mister.”
The man suddenly took a gun out of his huge pocket, it looked like an Hk Mp5, maybe an M4.
“Now everyone! Put your hands up in the air! I got an M4 here right in my hands, If you don’t want no trouble you better let me go, or else BOOM! I’ll blast you to kingdom come!” The man shouted.
“Hey, where did you get that?” the judge asked. There were actually NO M4’s in Taroodie Land at all, no guns. The police used Bats.
“It’s actually a plastic gun. The man said as he pointed to a label “Made In China”. You should have noticed”
The man ran out the door and out the Police Station. He was gone. Yet again.
“Awww” everyone cried out. They were VERY disappointed. Well at least Morgan was fine.
“Hey Morgan, how are you?” Bill asked
“Oh hi Bill I’m fine, just a few scratches and a bruise.”
“Ok, thank God for that, who knew what that man could’ve done?”
“Well he could have mur-’’
“NOO, I’m not letting you say that.” Bill said quickly as he covered Morgan’s mouth.
“Well, I’m gonna go home now, wanna come?” Bill asked politely and rudely at the same time.
“Ok. I’ll go.” Morgan replied.
Scene 8: The Last Chapter
Morgan stepped into Bill’s house, they watched some TV and played some Game Cube and Xbox. After a few hours Bill asked Morgan something.
“Morgan, there was something I’ve always wanted to ask you, why did you throw The Rubber Ducky away?”
Morgan’s face suddenly turned bright red, but not in a furious way, in an embarrassed red sort of way.
“Well, I’ve always longed to tell you. So here it is. The Rubber Ducky is related to me. He… Is…. My… Brother….”
The room suddenly turned very silent. Bill broke it.
“No way. Your Kidding me.”
“No…. He… is not…..” a voice suddenly whispered.
“HEY! Bill shouted. Who are you??”
The person revealed himself, he was the man in the white suit.
“How did you get in?” Bill asked demandingly.
“I… Have…. My ways…” The man said.
“But who are you?” Bill screamed. Then he suddenly noticed Morgan, his face was pale and full of fear.
I…. Am….. The….. RUBBER DUCKY!” the man shouted, then he threw of his coat started to shrink, shrink into a bright yellow toy. everything suddenly burst into flames. They were trapped in a flaming circle. No way out.
“Morgan… Remember me?”
“Yes. I do, you are my brother. The brother that I have never thought of until today.”
“Yes… And do you… want to…. Know your fate?”
“Just do it right here and now. To me and Bill.” Morgan said sadly.
“OK! See you 2 in heaven”. The Duck replied”
“NNNOOOOO!!” Bill screamed as he charged at the Rubber Ducky. The Rubber Duck tried to swerve out of his way but missed, Bill had Squeezed him.
SQUEAK! SQUEAK! The Rubber Ducky went as it got squeezed. It started falling down.
“NOO, how did you find this out Bill, how did you know my weakness?”
“I have my ways…” Bill replied in a voice that would have gotten most people so mad that they would hold a grudge against him if said to them.
The Rubber Ducky fell and fell and fell. The air opened up a cyberspace that looked like a tornado, a very violent and ruthless one. As the Tornado looking portal closed, Morgan and Bill heard one last word from the Rubber Ducky, maybe 2.
“MMM!! Hotdogs!”. And that was it. No more Rubber Ducky.
Bill sat down, tears in his eyes. He thought he would be with his Rubber Ducky forever, well I guess all good things come to an end. That’s the moral of this story. Never trust what you do. I mean, whatever.
