SPLENDID INSTRUMENTAL PIANO COVER °°° EVERYWAYT THAT I CAN °°° BY J.MATHESON BAYLEY
°°° MERHABA FOLX AND EUROVISION FANS ALL OVER THE WORLD °°°
.
I've been working for several months on this mini website when the idea bagan at the 1rst of April 2006, about one month before Athens 2006 made a start.
The searching for the Turkish National Final songs and participated songs on the esc stage will be SOON solved out for all lof us.The Turkish ESC songs are available in mp3 [all ready ok] and video material will come soon too. Afterwards I'm planning all the mp3 of all the different versions of the Turkish esc songs. And as a finishing touch also all the covers of eurovision songs made in Turkish and vice versa.!! We know also that Turkish Songs are the ones among a few other countries that are hard to find. Now I am a volunteer who wants to help carry this togheter with you.
The general filosophical frame of this work is that it is made by an ESC-FAN, for esc fans and to esc fans. But the most important of all is TO GUIDE the esc visitor in this TURKISH ESC SCHOOL to a nostalgic journey through time in the frame of Eurovision in general. The main idea contains also that especcially turkish visitors can relive the nostalgy back of what 33 years once began & especially to the ESC-FAN in general that the site would serve as an information source & would be educational for all who is involved in eurovision and wants to learn more about the past of the Turkish eurovision circuit . Hereby they would have a snapshot of this little, nice and tastefull information pages n the Turkish Eurovision Schoolclass of this huge event.
Everywhere - where it was possible is been worked on both languages, respectively English and Turkish to indicate the necessary points. The years, countries' flags and songtitles are indicating actually enough to guide you in a tasty way so you can swim mildly into the pages of a little Turkish contribution of a boy who's born in Belgium and did research to his Eurovision roots. The first time he saw his own Turkish National finals was in 1993 on cable television in Belgium. So he learned also a lot of his own esc roots too. Discover it on a little site, and you will see the love, the passion of a national final for what once was established in a little studio in our great city of Istanbul.
RELIVE THE SPIRIT - THE NOSTALGY - THE MEMORIES & RELIVE THE PASSION
Note : : I learned that the Turkish National finals gave spectucular songs that contributed to new innovations in the Turkish music sector late 60’s and whole 70’s and gave also new dynamism for the following years, how filmsongs were a reflection of some authentic Turkish songs and (re)covered esc songs. Turkey has deliverd 276 national final songs where 3 of them were withdrawn and 1 got disqialified. That makes that a total of 272 songs made it to the Turkish Esc national finals stage. All of them going parallel with the worldmusic norms and standards in that time mixtured from time to time with modernity, from time to time with its own oriental flavour and offering a clean Turkish national finals table. Specifically more than 2 dozens of the 33 years delivered Turkey a spledid National Finals and gave succesfull songs, these who are still rejoyed over and over and made them classics of all times.
Not to forget 1980 our one and only superstar DIVA Ajda. She brought the eurovision spirit as a visitor into Turkish houses in white-black color TV at that time …
I'm glad and happy to bring you my esc roots into your homes, in a journey in nostalgy.. And hoping that we can look in the near future to the Portuguese Eurovision School, Greek Eurovision School, etc... - volunteers of course … I hope that all the effort that has been made in this, will give its beautifullness back in a way that the missing songs will be mailed to me so I can share them with all of you.
!! STAY TUNED for more suprises !!

To all users of this site
As stated above, this website is intended purely as a resource for Eurovision fans to be able to follow the national finals of countries other than their own. Given that it's not possible for, say, the average European fan to pop into their local branch of CD-shop and buy a CD of all the songs in the Bulgarian final, downloading the songs from the Internet often proves to be the only means for people to hear the music they wish to. This website is not intended to make a profit, and certainly would not wish to take any money away from those people whose professional livelihoods depend on sales of their work. Therefore we strongly support and encourage fans to buy these songs if they like them, if they possibly can.
Having said this, we are aware of the fact that some record companies ' legal departments might still have a problem with the making available of these songs for download or making available these pictures & logo's to be seen. If you represent such a company, I would be more than happy to discuss any issues you may have. You can contact me by the following e-mail : eurovisionschool@hotmail.com
