TurkeyWeddingPlanner.com is owned by Michelle and Alison, who were both married in the turkish resort of Kusadasi more than 15 years ago.

Michelle, originally from Coatbridge near Glasgow, now lives permanently in Kusadasi with her turkish husband and kids.  She has a highly successful 18 year career in Sales and Marketing, from selling cars, property, flowers direct to retail outlets and IT Recruitment Manager.  Her last 6 years have been spent working in the Beauty Industry, whilst a fully certified Creative Nail Technician, Michelle also ran her own Salon prior to moving to Turkey.

Alison from Belfast, first came to Kusadasi in 1988 and has spent 9 years living in Kusadasi since her marriage there in 1990.  Back living in the resort permanently since 2002, she speaks fluent turkish which helps considerably when dealing with hoteliers, caterers, the Marriage Official's office, etc. Alison remembers how difficult it was when she and her husband were arranging their wedding and will never forget the vast amount of running to and fro from different government offices and the British Consulate; it was very stressful. With a background in Business and Accountancy, Alison has previously worked in advertising, restaurant management, and property.
