Hannah Bowerman

       Ms. Hannah has been training with Sensei Debbie since January/2002. She is a natural athlete who not only excels in karate, but also in school. Hannah has been a straight A student throughout her school career. She likes to work with kids, animals and loves her cat Nicholas (she even taught him to 'kia'). Hannah loves the Lord and continues to be a great blessing to her dad. In class she loves to spar and regularly puts the point "beat-down" to him. Sensei believes that Ms. Hannah is one of the new generation of Upkudo Lady Head Hunters.

Marc Bowerman

       Mr. Marc has been training with Sensei Debbie since January/2002. He began karate to spend more time with his daughter Hannah and has continued with her's and Sensei's encouragement. Marc is a video producer-filmmaker and teaches at Lively Technical Center. He is most proud of his daughter Hannah and they enjoy assisting Sensei Debbie in class. He believes the kids (the adults too) help "keep his old butt" young and strong. Marc enjoys self-defense and sparring because "I like the challenge; I always learn and grow, win or lose."

Carma Harvey has been training since August, 2001. 

Chance Harvey is eight years old and has been training since August, 2001.  He is currently 2nd degree.

Cassandra Holbert has been training since February, 2004.

Christine Gaitlin has been training since June, 2004.

Cayla Barton began her training in August, 2004.

Meagan Kendall has been training since August, 2004.

George Gaitlin has been training since May, 2004.

Cody O'Connor has been training since September, 2004.
