How our Rabbitry name came along -
We have been fortunate enough to know a very special rabbit. She inspired us to learn more about her, and guided us into the rabbit showing world. We will be forever indebted to Tula for her love and her discipline. We will never find another rabbit like her. After she was gone, we wanted to honor her memory. Even though she's no longer here, our home will always be "Tula's Place." Here at Tula's Place Rabbitry we raise and show Flemish Giants, Belgian Hares, Jersey Woolies, and Netherland Dwarfs. A fresh start.
We have learned a lot of difficult lessons in the last few years. Raising rabbits is not the easiest thing to do correctly, and rabbits do NOT always breed, well, like rabbits. We have added fresh stock, researched nutritional values, genetics, and picked everyones brain who would let us. Now armed with some fantastic animals, a solid knowledge base, and lots of new friends; we embark on what we hope to become a better rabbitry, and future success. Thank you to everyone who has shared their advice, and patience with us. We hope to do you proud.
