Saturday Stoppins - Online

All previous seasons are uploaded & linked from here.  The match server will be switched on early Saturday morning & run until early Sunday morning. As I work most Saturdays, the server will be unattended for most of the day until I get home early evening.

My original Saturday Stoppins (Season 1 - 15) was inherited from Chrissy & Jimbo who ran the popular Saturday matches until they decided it was time to stop. This series was so popular that I asked permission to continue them which proved to be very popular. Eventually a change of jobs meant I was unable to commit the time required to run the server & compile the results.

Wake Valley Ponds - offline

This offline series ran for 5 seasons.
Wake Valley Ponds was created by Norman Crabtree, who sadly passed away in 2009. Norman had many so people test fishing this venue that we decided to use it as an Offline Match series. By test fishing a venue over various months using many simmers, the submitted results gave Norman the chance to perfect this excellent venue. It is still one of my favorite venues.

Frome Willow Vale - offline
No longer running

Frome Willow Vale is a purpose created venue by me with 12 pegs. Each peg has the same stock, but different features to fish to. This made different species easier to catch in various pegs. It's an easy venue to fly fish as well as float & ledger.
