Please keep in mind that each bead is handmade and the beads pictured are a  representation

of the beads you will receive.  Additionally, the nature of  flameworking dictates that minor

variations in size, shape or color is expected.   This is especially true of "organic" style beads

that utilizes metals or frits to create a mottled appearance.  I want you to be delighted with

your items, therefore I will do my best to recreate as close to the original as possible.

^{Pricing of Beads}

Prices for bead sets are calculated based on a variety factors.  A majority of the glass colors

vary in prices based on the means of manufacturing the glass itself and the availability of

the type of glass, frits, and/or enamels.   Additionally, as a lampworker artisan, the complexity

of steps and details to complete a design on each individual bead and/or bead set theme

plays into the price itself.

^Ordering

Many of my past bead sets are located in the Gallery Of Glass.   If you are interested in any

of the sets or focals please contact me for pricing.  Most of the beads and finished jewelry

can be found in my Etsy Store.   When time permits, I will occassionally auction my items

on eBay. 

^{Completion of order}

Payment in full is required at time of ordering and all transactions must be cleared before

I can begin working on your order.  Once your payment has cleared, a confirmation notice will

be sent to your email address.   Please note that it may take up to three weeks to complete

your order and is on a first come-first serve basis.

^{Payment method}

I accept payment through PayPal and money orders only.   Payment in full is required at

time of ordering and all transactions must be cleared before I can begin working on your

order.   Once your payment has cleared, a confirmation notice will be sent to your email

address and  a  "projected date" of completing your order will be provided.   As you anxiously

wait for your order to be completed,  I will send a quick message when they have been

completed and when your order has been mailed to you.

^Shipping

I ship all items via First Class Shipping for all orders in the US and Canada.  Insurance is

optional and starts at $1.30 and for international orders shipment starts at $6.10 US. dollars

via Global Priority Mail.

^{Returns/Refunds}

I have a "No Quibble Guarantee"!   I want you to be delighted with your items and if for

any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased here at Tsunami Beads & Glasswork,

you may return it for a refund.  Rules for refund items are applied:

1.  Contact me within 5 days of receipt of the item by emailing me.

2.  Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. 

3.  Refunds do not include shipping & handling costs.

4.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied for custom orders and

     deducted from your refund.
