Well, it's about time I updated the homepage. Anyway, I might have had a comic today, but John was too busy ripping sprites for MGS to get me 2 SMB screenshots. What really pisses me off is that John has 5 months worth of comics! I can't get that many without his help, otherwise I would. As for getting screenshots from Google, that might help for now, but most screenshots have logos on them, and Google doesn't have EVERY screenshot I might need. I could rip them myself, but I would only have 24 hours to do so (I don't have all the games I'm taking sprites from).
9/23 EDIT: In case you're wondering (what with John's TDIL update and all) the 2 SMB screens I need are of any Bowser Battle and the front of any Castle (but the Castle HAS to be in the very center). I also need any screenshot of the Zelda desert, which you can get to by taking a straight path almost from the starting point right at the beginning of a new game (though the Wooden Sword helps). There's not much 'playing through'. You don't even have to beat World 1-3 to get the SMB screenshots, and it takes 30 seconds to walk to the Hyrule Desert (I've got lost there many times... *sigh*...). Oh well. All I know is John hates Mario and Zelda games, so maybe he's just afraid to play them. Yes, folks, this would be the time to grab your torches and pitchforks. But before you do, enjoy the new SFC.

Welcome to the homepage of my sprite comic, The Sprite is Right. I'll put comics up as soon as I make some more but you shouldn't be reading this until I do, as I haven't *officially* launched the site as of now. Well, not much now except the disclaimer. I've made sprite comics before, but I was always afraid of infringing copyright laws. So, if I am, and the disclaimer doesn't suffice, please let me know. Well, I hope you'll enjoy TSIR, however long it lasts. I'm expecting it to get bigger than SFC at least. Maybe.
