All Tri-School Theatre staff possess a unique blend of artistic, educational, and professional experience. In addition to the T.O.P. full time staff, Tri-School also enjoys a partnership with adjunct Guest Artist Faculty members who bring their expertise and love of teaching young people to Tri-School Theatre. Guest Artist faculty members include: Joe Collins, Sarah Mawhinney, Erin McNally-Thielke, Anne Vandenberg McClain, Andy Winkle, and Michael Lopez.
Hillary Pearson

Hillary is a Tri-School Theatre and Rosary alumnus and a graduate of UCLA School of Theatre Film and Television. She has taught English and Journalism at Rosary High School, and has been working with Tri-School Theatre and teaching T.O.P. classes since 2001. Show credits include Cleveland, A Midsummer Nights Dream, Farenheit 451, The Merry Wives of Windsor, and Arsenic and Old Lace. She directed Tri-School productions of Much Ado About Nothing, Alice in Wonderland, Blithe Spirit, The Wizard of Oz, Fahrenheit 451, Yearbook, West Side Story, Antigone, The Diary of Anne Frank, and Annie Get Your Gun. Hillary has served as Tri-School's Thespian sponsor since 2002, founded the Comedy Sportz team at Tri-School Theatre, and initiated Tri-School's participation in the Cappies Critics program. She currently serves on the Orange County Cappies Steering Committee, the California Educational Theatre Association Southern Board, and the California State Thespian Board.
Julia Castelaz

Julia Castelaz is an alumnus of both Cornelia Connelly School and Tri-School Theatre. She graduated with top honors from UCLA School of Theater, and has worked at venues such as the Center Theater Group (Ahmanson and Mark Taper) and the Pasadena Shakespeare Company. Julia has served in many departments, such as special events, development, education, and production. While in both high school and college, she delved into all aspects of theater, including performance and design, with an emphasis in production management. Credits include assistant directing/producing Tri-School's productions of Secret Garden, Children of Eden, Guys and Dolls, and Yearbook. Design and production management projects include UCLA's Crazy Money, Cloud Nine, Marriage of Bette and Boo and Hair. Julia has served as Assistant Producer/Assistant Stage Manager of Thunder Carnival and as Special Events Assistant of the Ahmanson's production of The Car Man. She now serves as the Managing Director of Tri-School Theatre.

Robby's career in Educational Theatre began in 1992 with Tri-School Theatre. Robby co-developed the Page to Stage Curriculum for theatre technicians in which students learn an integrated approach to the production process. In addition to his responsibilties as Facilities Manager for Servite High School, Robby manages the 989 seat Servite Theatre and is the production supervisor of Rosary's Red & Gold Meet.
