"Sometimes I feel like I am the only girl that doesn't have a boyfriend. I really want to not settle for someone that God would not have for me but sometimes I just get really lonely! I know that the Lord has someone out there for me and I also know that I am not ready yet...sometimes I just get really discouraged and wonder if it is worth it (even though I know it is!). So basically...encouragement."
What is your testimony? (How has God been working in you life in this way?)
"Wow, the Lord has really been working on me in the whole guy area!
I have always wanted to be married and have lots of kids! Ever since I was little that was it. The only problem is that I live in the middle of nowhere, go to a really small church, and don't really know many guys. So, from the time I was little I would fall madly in love with any remotely eligable guy and then be crushed and heartbroken when it did not work out. This past Christmas break I went to an amazing missions conference where the Lord just really confirmed a lot of things and got me back on track with Him. One of the things that He helped me to realize was that I had become so incredibly obsessed with finding the right guy and getting married that I had allowed it to become an idol in my life and that that desire was holding me back from what the Lord wanted me to do. So began the long process that the Lord is continuing today...It amazes me how far He has brought me to the point where I have given Him my love life. Not to say that I don't have so really bad days sometimes but I know that the Lord is molding me into what He would have me to be 1st. Only when He is "done" lol :) with me and has also prepared my future hubby to be will He bring us together...it will be HIS time not mine. And yeah, all my friends are pairing off and sometimes I feel so incredibly alone but, my God is faithful and I know that with Him on my side...I can do anything!"

"I am joining this group because I had felt like I was the only one being called to do this, but just resently I discovered that Satan was feeding me that lie and there are girls out there like me and we need to stick together and encourage each other!

"God has blessed me in so many ways. He called me to do something I never would have thought to do on my own...and that was creating this site! He has opened the door to happiness and fulfillment and not one person could have ever given me that (not even my future husband!)"

" I am joining this group because it seems to me that if i have a relationship, it is bound to go wrong because God isn't behind the wheel and I owe it to Him to stay pure. I also want to help all the other girls who are going throught the dilemmas that I am going through, to beat them with God!"

"I came to know God when I was 11 through my best friend. She took me to classes and at the end of them, I was confirmed! Since then, I have been a true follower and kept myself pure. At the start, I was worried what people would say if they learned that I hadn't ever kissed anyone so I lied and made up a false love life. But I have learnt my lesson and helped my friends to realise that it is better to keep themselves clean than to soil themselves with false loves and hopes. Meanwhile, I wear a silver ring on my wedding finger to symbolise that lads shouldnt mess with me as I am keeping myself clean for God. I hope that if anyone reads this they will be encouraged and know that it isn't worth giving up your purity for some lad that you know in the back of your mind you are never going to spend the rest of your life with!"

Why are you joining this group?"I want to show other girls who are in the same situation as me that they are not alone. I never knew about the wonders of saving your first kiss till marriage or waiting to date till God says it's okay. And I want younger girls to know and that it's because of God's grace that I have not had a boyfriend or have been kissed to this day. He is saving me for my future husband."
What is your testimony? (How has God been working in you life in this way?)"All throughout grade school, I thought I was not attractive and that I would never have a boyfriend, let alone be married. I would also more so 'chase' after the guys I would like, not allowing the men be the warriors that they were born to be. It has only been til AFTER I finished high school that I realized that all this time, God has been protecting me and allowing me to save myself completely for my future beloved. If I have had a boyfriend before, I would more so have lost my first kiss and given a piece of my heart away. It is only by God's grace that I have been able to save myself for my husband."
